What is the Carrefour Polaire?
The Carrefour Polaire is a major winter gathering of Quebec’s Rover clans . Each year, dozens of Rovers come together to share a unique moment of friendship, fraternity, and challenges in the heart of winter.
A provincial gathering
Organized by and for Rovers, the Carrefour Polaire brings together around a hundred young adults aged 17 to 25 from across the province. It’s the perfect occasion to break isolation, build connections, and share our experiences.
Why “Carrefour”?
In the Rover branch, a carrefour is a key milestone in the journey: a meeting point where clans gather to reflect, recharge, plan, and live a shared experience. The Carrefour Polaire is its winter version, where snow and cold become part of the adventure.
